To ensure a safe and professional environment for both customers and task-doers, all Betaas and Betis must adhere to the following safety standards while using the Beta24 platform:

• Riders must strictly follow all local traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits, lane discipline, and designated parking areas.
• Use of certified safety gear is mandatory, including a helmet, reflective jacket (after dark), and functioning front and rear lights on cycles or motorbikes.
• Riders must never use mobile phones while riding unless via hands-free or mounted devices for navigation or Beta24 communication.
• All riders must carry a valid government-issued ID at all times.
• For riders using motorised vehicles, a valid driving license and vehicle registration are mandatory.
• Any changes in ID or license status must be updated with Beta24 immediately.
• The rider is fully responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their personal vehicle, whether it is a bicycle, motorbike, or car.
• Vehicles that are damaged, unsafe, or unfit for road use must not be used for tasks on the Beta24 platform.
• Riders found operating unsafe vehicles may be temporarily or permanently suspended from the platform.
• GPS tracking will be active at all times during task execution to ensure safety and real-time monitoring.
• All communication between riders and customers conducted via the Beta24 platform (including app-based calls and chats) will be recorded and logged for security, quality, and dispute resolution purposes.
• The Beta24 app includes a dedicated “SOS” or “Help” button for emergencies, unsafe conditions, harassment, or altercations.

• Betis have the option to accept tasks exclusively from female customers for enhanced safety.
• If a Beti willingly accepts a task from a male customer, Beta24 shall not be held liable for any safety-related incidents.
• Betis are encouraged to prefer public pickup/drop locations.
• Betis should report any uncomfortable or suspicious behaviour immediately via the Beta24 app or helpline.

• Riders are required to complete only the task confirmed through the Beta24 platform.
• Riders must not act on verbal requests or last-minute instructions that differ from the original task unless approved by Beta24.
• Riders are strictly prohibited from entering any customer’s private premises.
• Examples of prohibited tasks include indoor plumbing, cleaning, furniture moving, and repair/installation inside premises.
• Riders have the right to deny unsafe or beyond-scope tasks and must inform Beta24 support immediately.
• Any attempt by customers to alter task scope must be reported to Beta24 support before proceeding.
• If a task cannot be completed due to access or constraints, riders may suggest third-party alternatives but must not perform them.
• Engagement outside platform tasks (extra work, errands, or personal favours) is voluntary and not Beta24’s responsibility.

• In case of an accident, harassment, or safety concern, riders must contact the Beta24 Rider Support Helpline immediately.
• If needed, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.


• All incidents must be reported within 24 hours for review and action.

• Beta24 does not currently offer accident or health insurance for riders.


• Riders are advised to maintain personal insurance coverage.


• Beta24 is not liable for injuries caused by third-party negligence or accidents.


• Beta24 is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
• Beta24 is not liable for unlawful or unsafe activity engaged in outside defined tasks.

• If a rider faces harassment, abuse, or threats, the task should be safely abandoned (if possible) and reported immediately.
• Beta24 may restrict or permanently block offending customers upon investigation.

• Riders will receive periodic updates, resources, or training on safety protocols.
• Feedback from riders regarding safety concerns is welcome and will be taken seriously.
