At Beta24 (“we”, “us”, “ours”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to provide the best delivery services, we understand that some situations may need refunds or cancellations. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to learn about your rights regarding the refund and cancellation policies. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policy of Beta24 and agree to comply with the terms mentioned hereunder.
Orders placed on Beta24 are prepaid, based on top-up credits for time and distance. Once a task is initiated, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
In rare situations, Beta24 may, at its sole discretion, restore your time or distance credits wholly or partially if:

Since Beta24 operates on a prepaid top-up system, refunds in cash, bank transfers, or original payment methods will not be provided under any circumstances.
In rare cases where a refund is deemed appropriate by Beta24’s customer executives (as outlined in the exceptional cases above), customers may receive a partial or full restoration of their time or distance credits to their Beta24 account.

BETA 24 disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of applicable laws, including laws governing the sale, delivery, or promotion of restricted products or services by merchants or PDPs (pick-up and delivery partners). All users are expected to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
